General information 

1. The agreement

By purchasing on Stylescape AS website, you also accept Stylescape AS general terms and conditions. By accepting our general terms and conditions, the customer accepts the terms in their entirety and that he or she has taken part in compatible information and consents to the handling of personal data and cookies in accordance with Stylescape AS guidelines. 

A purchase agreement is entered into when Stylescape AS confirms the order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided directly by the customer when ordering. The order confirmation should be retained for possible contact with Stylescape AS customer service or similar.

Stylescape AS reserves the right to change prices, final sales, and that there may be any factual errors on the website or in our adverts. Factual errors include, but are not limited to, any pricing errors, product descriptions and incorrect stock levels. When you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. If you as a customer cannot receive your ordered item at the agreed time, you will be charged for new shipping costs or alternative return costs if you have cancelled the purchase. 

Stylescape AS reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions, prices, assortment, descriptions or images on the website. 

2. The parties

The seller is Stylescape AS, Oppegårdveien 227 A 1405 Langhus, post@stylescape.no, Org.nr. 933114384 and is hereinafter referred to as the seller/seller. 

The buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer.

3. Price

The prices on the website are stated in NOK. The stated price for the goods and services is the total price to be paid by the buyer. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed the buyer of prior to the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer. Whilst we endeavour to keep prices low, we reserve the right to change prices without notice. 

4. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has sent their order to Stylescape AS. 

You may review and make changes to your order up to the point at which you have completed and paid for it. Once you accept our terms and conditions at checkout, you are bound by the order you have placed. Your order is confirmed once Stylescape AS has received it and your payment has been authorized. Please note that we cannot accept orders where the billing address and delivery address cannot be confirmed. A digital order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address when you have completed your purchase. The confirmation is a receipt for your purchase. This confirmation is a receipt for your delivery. Stylescape AS offers items that are made to order or available in stock. 

An estimated delivery date and the item's stock status is shown on each product page. As we dispatch your entire order at once, the item with the longest delivery time will determine when your order will be dispatched to you. We reserve the right not to deliver if the stock level or price was incorrect at the time of ordering. All product information displayed is subject to change and Stylescape AS reserves the right to change the information on our website. 

5. Payment

We currently accept Klarna and the payment cards Visa and MasterCard. 

The seller may demand payment for the goods from the time they are dispatched from the seller to the buyer.

In the case of payment by invoice, the invoice is issued to the buyer at the time of order. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt. 

Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay by subsequent invoice. 

6. Delivery

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the buyer, or their representative, has taken possession of the product. 

If the time of delivery is not stated in the order solution, the seller shall deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer. The goods shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise. 

7. Transport damage

If your item is damaged upon delivery, this must be documented by you immediately and reported to Stylescape AS within 24 hours. Inspect the parcel properly before accepting the item and signing the delivery note. If the parcel is damaged, ask the driver to note this on the delivery note before signing and make sure you receive a copy.

8. The risk for the goods

The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when he, or his representative, has received the goods. 

9. Right of cancellation

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of cancellation, the buyer may cancel the purchase of the item in accordance with the Cancellation Act. 

The buyer must notify Stylescape AS of the use of the right of cancellation within 14 days from the start of the deadline. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, public holiday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day. 

When using the right of cancellation, the item must be whole, unused, and any original packaging and labels must not have been removed from the product. The right of cancellation does not apply to order goods and sales goods. 

The cancellation period is considered to have been met if notification is sent before the expiry of the deadline. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of cancellation has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing and sent to post@stylescape.no 

When using the right of cancellation, the goods must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification of the use of the right of cancellation. The buyer shall cover the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to state that the buyer shall cover the return costs. The Seller may not set a fee for the Buyer's use of the right of cancellation. 

The buyer can try or test the goods in a proper way to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods, without the right of withdrawal being lost. If the examination or testing of the goods goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be held liable for any reduced value of the goods.

10. Newsletter 

By accepting these terms, you agree that Stylescape AS, Oppegårdveien 227 A, 1405 Langhus Norway, can send you marketing via e-mail, text messages, MMS and post about: 

• Information about the brand Stylescape AS and other brands that may be marketed by Stylescape AS in the future. 

• Information about the company Stylescape AS and offers, sales, competitions, events and other marketing initiatives from own stores and partners. 

You also consent to Stylescape AS collecting, recording and storing the personal data you have provided in order to send you marketing. In addition, Stylescape AS may use your information for statistical and marketing-related purposes, as may third parties who market the above products on behalf of Stylescape AS.

You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting Stylescape AS at post@stylescape.no, or by using the termination option provided in the material sent to you by Stylescape AS. Furthermore, you can always request more information about which information Stylescape AS processes about you, and you can always request that this information be corrected, blocked or deleted. You can contact Stylescape AS about this at post@stylescape.no 

Your information will be kept confidential. Except as described above, Stylescape AS will not share your information with other companies or third parties without your consent, unless it is required by law, or if it is not necessary to perform a service or deliver a product that you have purchased or requested about.

 12. Warranty

Any warranty given by the seller or manufacturer gives the buyer rights in addition to those the buyer already has under mandatory legislation. A warranty thus does not entail any limitations on the buyer's right to complaints and claims in the event of delay or defects in accordance with sections 9 and 10.  

From the date of delivery, a three (3) year warranty applies in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The warranty only covers original manufacturing defects and not defects caused by the customer or for which Stylescape AS is not responsible for any other reason. For wear and tear, a 2-year warranty applies.

13. Personal data

The data controller for collected personal data is the seller. Unless the Buyer consents otherwise, the Seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for the Seller to fulfil its obligations under. 

14. Conflict resolution

Complaints shall be addressed to the Seller within a reasonable time, cf. clauses 9 and 10. The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available by telephone on +47 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
